Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will require a 50% payment of the total service cost.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a cancellation and the same fee will apply.

A valid card on file is required in order to schedule and enforce this policy.
